Detailed Description:

As a clinical phenomenologist and psychotherapist, Hora supports change without forcing it. Rather than trying to fix or replace their experience, the phenomenological method helps people inhabit their lives differently. This approach:

  • Restores dignity to lived experience, thus reducing shame and self-blame
  • Stabilises when the world feels destabilised: as Recognition itself brings relief and grounding
  • Reduces pathological self-judgement, thus preventing rushed or imposed solutions
  • Supports subtle but lasting shifts
  • Restores relational presence, and
  • Helps re-inhabit life by renewing access to time, embodiment, connection, and possibility.

In clinical space, phenomenological method trains the therapist to listen not for causes, diagnoses, or explanations, but for the essential structures of how a client’s world is lived: how time is experienced, how the body is inhabited, how others appear as familiar or alien, and how meaning is sustained or disrupted. It also cautions against reducing experience to what is immediately accessible or interpretable.

Hora integrates EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), Gestalt principles of here-and-now, and IFS (Internal Family System) to her phenomenological clinical method to enhance transformation and healing.
