Sepideh brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to psychological care, grounded in a deep interest in understanding the complexities of human cognition, emotion, and development. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families make sense of their experiences through comprehensive assessment, meaningful insight, and collaborative therapeutic work.

Detailed Description:

Sepideh has a strong clinical focus on cognitive, educational, and ADHD assessments, and is highly experienced in developing detailed, integrative formulations that capture each client’s unique cognitive profile, strengths, and areas of difficulty. She is dedicated to translating complex assessment findings into clear, practical, and accessible recommendations that support real-world outcomes across home, school, and broader systems of care.

Her work is underpinned by a genuine commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice, supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and learning differences to better understand themselves and thrive in their environments. Sepideh approaches assessment not simply as a diagnostic process, but as an opportunity for clarity, empowerment, and self-understanding.

In her therapeutic work, Sepideh integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside trauma-informed and mindfulness-based strategies. She works collaboratively with clients across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma-related concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences. Her approach is warm, reflective, and individualised, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported.

Sepideh values working closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care. She is particularly passionate about supporting children and adolescents to build emotional awareness, confidence, and practical skills to navigate academic, social, and everyday challenges.

With a culturally responsive approach, Sepideh provides services in English and Persian (Farsi), with working knowledge of Kurdish and Dari. She is committed to delivering inclusive, respectful, and high-quality psychological care that honours each client’s background, identity, and lived experience.
