Fariba is the founder and principal psychologist of Health Triangle. She is a clinical psychologist who has been empowering many people with a great passion for inclusion and quality life in both public and private sectors since 2007. She manages a team of psychologists who assess and treat children, teenagers, and adults with different emotional and mental health issues. She has a special interest in working with people with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. She also assists clients with personal development and growth or those with a range of concerns such as weight management and low self-esteem. She has extensive experience in family and couple therapy. She uses a range of interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology to work with her clients. As an approved supervisor, she provides supervision for provisional psychologists, as well as supervising students who complete their placement in mental health related courses at Health Triangle. She completed her undergraduate, Master and PhD in clinical psychology in Australia. Fariba is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
Farzin is a registered clinical psychologist who is bilingual and can speak Farsi/Persian and English. He is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups. He has completed his undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Master of Clinical Psychology in Australia and is a member of Australian Psychological Society. He is trained in providing counselling interventions to individuals who have been through trauma and experiencing mental health issues, aiming to assist them in overcoming their interpersonal, social, and psychological challenges. He is passionate about utilising his extensive skills and knowledge to help individuals experiencing mental health issues. He offers a series of evidence-based approaches and therapy to work with individuals on issues of communication, depression, anxiety, anger problems, self-esteem, childhood trauma and attachment issues.
Elly is a registered psychologist currently completing her clinical psychology registrar program. With extensive experience as a mental health professional across various fields, Elly is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. She is deeply passionate about mental health and is recognized for her professionalism and academic acumen.
Throughout her career, Elly has worked with diverse client populations presenting with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, immigration and adjustment difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, personality disorders, and stress management. She has also provided support to children, adolescents, and families dealing with emotional dysregulation, mood disturbances, behavioural challenges, and parenting concerns.
Elly employs a variety of evidence-based interventions in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy. She has also facilitated support groups for anxiety, parenting, and stress management, aimed at diffusing stressful situations and proactively resolving issues.
In addition to her professional expertise, Elly is fluent in both English and Persian/Farsi, allowing her to effectively communicate with diverse populations. She firmly believes in the importance of compassion, non-judgmental collaboration, and psychoeducation in facilitating positive changes in thought patterns and enhancing overall well-being.
Elly's services are available for individuals aged 5 years and above, and she is committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health care to her clients.
Loren is an experienced registered psychologist with over 20 years of providing psychological services to individuals (adults, children and adolescence). Loren has a warm, relational approach and specialises in early lifespan age groups including young adults. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and depression across the lifespan, youth and children with developmental, social and high frequency mental health concerns, as well as eating disorder related issues. She can assist her clients in areas of anger, self-esteem, trauma, identity, social issues, relationships, bullying, stress management, body image difficulties, adjustment and life change, grief and loss, family breakdown, study skills and academic stress management, parenting support. Loren operates predominantly from CBT, ACT and Mindfulness frameworks with a focus on assisting individuals to affect positive change in the areas of resilience, awareness, flexibility, adaptation, behaviour and function.
A registered psychologist, Sanaz is experienced in working with people across the
lifespan and in a range of clinical settings. She is passionate about supporting clients who experience
anxiety and mood disturbance, neurodevelopmental conditions, adjustment difficulties, parenting concerns,
and stress. Sanaz has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and schema therapy. She uses a client-centred, collaborative approach to
supporting people to create positive changes in their lives and achieve their goals.
Hamid is a clinical hypnotherapist and a registered member of the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ASCH). For over 25 years he has been helping individuals and organisations with a range of clinical and consulting services. He is also an author and has written a book and many articles on human psychology, and social and cultural topics.
With the clinical clients, he uses a combination of hypnotherapy, psycho-neuro-immunology (mind-body) counselling and coaching to address individuals' psychological concerns, health challenges and general life issues. He also develops and facilitates client-awareness workshops to help individuals adopt a long-term mental and behavioural framework to enable them to consciously and holistically engage with life.
As a senior management consultant and executive coach, he specialises in complex organisational behaviours and has developed the world's first paradigm for the sustainable management of organisational culture. His pioneering approach and discipline for defining and measuring behavioural complexities enable him to be a strong champion for raising organisational awareness and appetite for adopting new possibilities and solutions. By drawing from his wide range of skills and experience in management consulting, innovation, and cultural transformation, he can make business justifications for urgent course correction for organisations that aspire to stay ahead of the pack.

At Health Triangle you can obtain a fulfilling experience while you are completing your supervision hours or placement. Our experienced clinical psychologists who are endorsed by AHPRA Psychology Board could guide and support you through your education of becoming a registered psychologist or a mental health practitioner. We affiliate with disability support services (website: vssconnect.com.au) and students are able to gain knowledge and expand their experiences in both mental health and disability.
We accept eligible students from universities, TAFE, and other institutes. Fees are applied to our supervision and placement services.
